To preview an archive:
Drag in the archive.
With Archiver you can preview an archive. From the preview, you can then open files in the archive individually.

To extract files individually, select the files and drag them to the desired folder in Finder.
To quickly see a file’s contents, select the file and press Space. You can also quickly open files by double-clicking them.
